Nora Betty Jane Brooks, 87, of Leesburg, passed away Wednesday, December 14, 2022. She was born May 12, 1935 in DeKalb County, Alabama to the late Lee Roy Wright and Viola Jackson Wright. She was a member of Little River Baptist Church.
Graveside services will be 4 p.m. Friday at Glenwood Cemetery with Rev. Rickey Clanton officiating.
She is survived by her daughters Aelisha Beckham and Cindy Fant; grandchildren Chevis, Whitney, DeAnn, Noelle, Jesse, and Ariel; and great-grandchildren Jadah, Devin, Henlee, Brooks, and Jay.
She was preceded in death by her husband Roy Sterling “Junior” Brooks, son Michael Sterling Brooks, and daughter Jennifer Brooks.
Wilson Funeral Home and Crematory of Fort Payne is in charge of arrangements.
