Phyllis Carol Brewer Walker, age 64 of Huntland, passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2022. A native of Franklin County, she was born on September 2, 1958, to the late Jessie Raulston and Lorna Reva (Hawkins) Brewer. She was currently employed as a caregiver. Phyllis enjoyed shopping and traveling to Gatlinburg and Panama City Beach, but most of all she cherished the time spent with her beloved family, especially her grandchildren. She had a caring and loving nature that will be missed by her family and friends. She was a member of Huntland First Baptist Church. Phyllis is survived by her loving husband of forty-six years, Roger Walker of Huntland; children, Dustin Walker (Ginnie Bush) and Clint Walker (Kelli Whitaker), both of Huntland; bonus daughter, Jamie Walker; grandchildren, Ethin, Millie, Sophia, Madison, and Jacob; siblings, Stanley (Debbie) Brewer of Lakeland, Florida, and Randall (Pam) Brewer of Winchester; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 5-8pm on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, November 23, 2022, in the Moore-Cortner Chapel with Bro. Mike Robinson officiating. Interment will follow at Mt Carmel Cemetery.
