River Willoughby gained her angel wings on October 31, 2022. She will join her grandparents in heaven, Laura Lynn Willoughby, and Dale Glyn Willoughby.
She will be missed by her mother, Amy Willoughby and sisters, Kylie and Ryder Williams.
