Dorothy “Louise” Cuff Helton, age 94 of Pleasant View, Tennessee, died Thursday, October 27, 2022 at her home.
A graveside service will be conducted at Sycamore Chapel Church of Christ Cemetery at 11:00AM on Tuesday, November 1st. Burial will follow with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home prior to the graveside service.
Mrs. Helton was born on May 25, 1928, in Humboldt, Tennessee to the late George & Farris Sanders Cuff. She was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening and dearly loved her family. She was a member of Pleasant View First Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Helton; brother, James Edward Cuff; sister, Frances Allen; and son-in-law, Gene Hesson.
Survivors include her son, Paul (Janice) Helton; daughters, Brenda Hesson, Beverly (Michael) Prevette, Carolyn Helton, and Donna Helton; grandchildren, Paula Newberry (John), John Helton (Tosha), Beth Fassinger (Dan), and Jason Hesson; and 7 great-grandchildren.
