Allan Neal Atkins, 60, of Muscle Shoals, AL passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2022. Visitation will be Thursday, October 20, 2022 from 1-2 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel with a graveside service to follow in Colbert Memorial Gardens at 2 p.m. Bro. Greg Beasley will be officiating.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Nellie Atkins; brother, Wally Atkins.
He is survived by his brother, Tim Atkins (Judy); nephews, Chris Atkins (Malea) and Jason Carpenter (Tracie); niece, Joy Welker (Brad); and numerous other family and friends.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Special thanks to the doctors, nurses, and staff of North Alabama Medical Center ICU.
