Mary Sellers Pogue, 89, retired employee of State Revenue Department and resident of Columbia, died Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at Life Care Center of Columbia.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 4:30 P.M. at Beech Grove Church of Christ with Jim Shelby officiating. Burial will follow in Lasting Hope Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Tuesday from 3:30 P.M. until service time at the church. Born December 16, 1932 in Maury County, she was the daughter of the late Roy Sellers and the late Angie Lee Campbell Sellers. On November 24, 1954, she married Allen Connor Pogue who preceded her in death September 11, 2020. She was a member of Beech Grove Church of Christ.
Survivors include her son, Bernard Kirk Pogue of Houston, TX; grandson, Jonathan Pogue of Houston, TX; granddaughter, Jena Pogue of Covington, LA; and three great grandchildren.
