Joe P. “Buddy” Frost, age 70, passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 in Lexington. He was born December 15, 1951 in Henderson County. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Frost Jowers. The family has chosen cremation, there will be no service.
