Morris Gene Lynn, age 78 of Natural Bridge, Alabama passed away October 9, 2022 at his home. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He worked for Drummond Coal Company and was owner of Lynn’s Metal Roofing. He served as a Councilman with the Town Of Natural Bridge and was a member of Concord Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Saturday October 15, 2022 from 1:00PM – 2:00PM at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville, AL. Funeral at 2:00PM in the chapel, with Bro. Shawn Blanton officiating. Burial to follow in Concord Cemetery.
Mr. Lynn is survived by his wife, Peggy Lynn; children, Jeannie Lynn Hicks & husband, Don and Leah Lynn; grandchildren, Lauren Belcher (Pierce Dolan) Anna Belcher and Maggie Robertson; nephews, Mitch (Cassandra) Lynn and Michael (Tracey) Lynn; and niece, Meloney Lynn Tucker (Scott).
He is preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Dorthy Lynn; and brother, Johnny Lynn.
