Sandra Poole, 76, passed away on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. She was born in Amory on August 18, 1946 to Carl and Mary Crump. She worked in the furniture industry for many years before retiring. One of her favorite past times was gardening, and she preferred all of her activities to be outdoors. Sandra was an animal advocate. She spent much of her time rescuing and fostering animals.
She is survived by her son, Jim Poole (Candice) of Aberdeen; Grandchildren, Skyler Poole, James Poole, and Stormie Jefferies; Great-Grandchildren, Laikyn Poole, Emily Jackson, and Haylee Poole, and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, David Poole.
In Lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Amory Humane Society.
