LeShawna DeNeen Powell, 40, of Harvest, passed away Friday, August 26, 2022.
Survivors include her sons: John Farmer, Zacheri Powell, and Brayden Sharp; mother and stepfather, Melissa and Kevin Harrell; father and stepmother, Jeffrey Powell and Donna Evans; brothers, Jeffrey Powell, Jr. and Justin Powell, Patrick Harrell and Chris Lindsey; sisters, Jennifer Rubley and Kelsey Harrell; MawMaw Mable Dempsey Hamrick; grandfather, Tom Hamrick; Sister-in-laws Devonna Powell and Tiffany Powell; six nieces, four nephews; godmothers, Sharon Malone and Julie Peterson; many uncles, aunts, cousins, and adopted family.
Ms. Powell was preceded in death by her grandfather, John Dempsey; Grandma Dee Staggs; aunts, Lisa Dempsey and Lois Dempsey; uncle, Ricky Dempsey cousins: Tina Nguyen, Jody Dempsey, and Thunder Dempsey; grandparents, Dewayne and Jean Peterson, and godfathers, Melvin Peterson and Eric Powell.
Visitation will be Thursday, September 1st from 12:00 – 2:00 PM at Berryhill Funeral Home. Chapel service will be at 2:00 with Pastor Eric Lones officiating, followed by burial at Wesley’s Chapel in Athens.
