Marguerite Ann Potter, age 82, of Phil Campbell, passed away August 27, 2022, in Madison, GA.
Marguerite is survived by her son, Brian Trapp (Gwenda); daughters, Valerie Copeland (Jeff), Miriam Trapp; sister, Naomi Renfroe; grandchildren, Bradley Trapp (Kim), Jasper Copeland, Dustin Trapp (Tonya), Kellie Hargett (Dustin), Lera Kidd (Dustin), Maria Pruett (Dustin), Marguerite DeWeerd (Ben), Autumn Scoggins (Devin); great-grandchildren, Gianna Douglas, Will Douglas, Drake Pruett, Leah Copeland, Kazlyn Hammett, Tasha Trapp, Misty Trapp, MaKayla Jones, Jaxton Copeland, Areli DeWeerd; great-great-grandchild, Kellin Poore.
She was preceded in death by her son, Bruce Trapp; husband, Earl Potter; her parents, Joseph and Miriam Taylor.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 4, 2022, from 1pm-2pm at Pleasant Hill Church, Hwy 81, Phil Campbell. The funeral service will follow at 2pm, also at the church. Bro. Darryl Whitehead and Bro. Brian Trapp will officiate. Interment will be in East Franklin Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Bradley Trapp, Dustin Pruett, Jasper Copeland, Ben DeWeerd, Dustin Trapp, Devin Scoggins Dustin Kidd and Dustin Hargett. Will Douglas, Drake Pruett will serve as honorary pallbearers.
Pinkard Funeral Home of Russellville are assisting the family.
