Bruce Edgar Scruggs, 90, of Cedar Bluff, passed away at his home on August 23, 2022.
He is survived by his wife, Rosalie Scruggs; daughter, Belinda Morgan; stepchildren, Mary Wright, Glen Ganyard, Jr., Kenneth Ganyard, Rosalie Ganyard, Carl Ganyard, and Susan Cotten; twenty-two grandchildren; and forty-six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his daughters Beverly Thomas and Brenda Shimshick; brothers Tom and Lamar; and sister, Sylvia.
Mr. Scruggs was loved by many and will be missed dearly.
