Douglas Owen Gooch Sr., 92, died Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, after an extended illness. Visitation will be noon-2 p.m. Wednesday at Elkins Funeral Home, Florence. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with burial in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.
