Funeral service for Willodene Light Young, 77, will be Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Michael Gunter officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in New Hope North Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 16, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mrs. Young died on Sunday, August 14, 2022 at her residence. She was born August 15, 1944, in Morgan County, to Alvin Franklin Light and Hazel Agnes Roberts Light.
She was a loving mother and sister and loved gardening and tending her flowers.
Preceding her in death were her husband: Prentice S. Young and her parents: Alvin Franklin and Hazel Agnes Light.
