Mr. Roy “Hodie” Fritz Hampton, 54, of Guntersville, AL passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2022.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 29, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Minor Primitive Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the church prior to the service. He will be laid to rest in Henryville Cemetery
Mr. Hampton is survived by his wife, Phyllis Hampton; daughters, Shadonna Calloway, Tristen Billingsley, Brittany Billingsley, Alexandria (Stacy) Billingsley, Jenisha Hampton, Shania Dancy; ten grandchildren, ; father, Jimmy Griffin Sr.; twelve brothers and sisters.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Dianna Hampton; godmother, Viola Butler; special aunt, Ida Will Williamson; and niece, Lilaine Hampton.
