Joyce Evelyn Simpson, 77, of Iuka, died Monday, July 18. 2022. Visitation will be Sunday, July 24th, from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel with Brother Jerry Edgil officiating.
Joyce was a native of Iuka, Mississippi and was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Simpson; daughters, Darla Diepstra and Tonya Franks; father, William Brown; mother, Gladys Potts; and several siblings.
She is survived by her daughters, Kimberly Cross (William) and Dorrie Gregory; brothers, Earnie Brown and Mike Brown; sisters, Sheree Brown and Debbie Brown; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Pallbearers are Willie Cross, Lloyd Staggs, Sr., Bucky Bobo. Vincent Goforth, Dustin Maxwell, Corey Maxwell, and Felicia Feagin.
