Roberto Carlos Jiménez, 49 of Tanner, went to be with our Lord on July 6th, 2022. He was a loving son, brother, uncle, nephew, and best friend to many.
Great men come into the world who teach lessons for life, stand out from great adversity, and become emissaries of goodness for fraternal friends without asking for anything in return. Roberto also leaves us a lesson of love that transcends through his family and friends. Roberto was very protective and supportive of his family and friends. His family loved him very much and have wonderful memories of their lives with him. He will be greatly missed.
Roberto Carlos Jiménez is survived by his loving parents, Maura Jiménez and Sebastian Hernandez; brothers Oscar Jiménez (Evangelina) and Ivan Jiménez (Rosa Maria); sisters Sandra Jiménez, Tania Jiménez (Carlos Samayoa), and Karla Jiménez (Dan Arriaga); and special nephews and nieces Erik Jiménez, Ameyali Gonzales, Jennifer Jiménez, Yuliana Gonzales, Elizabeth Jiménez, Jasmine Jiménez, Sarai Gonzales, and Carlitos Jiménez.
Mass for Roberto Carlos Jiménez will be Friday, July 15th, 2022, at 11:00am at St. Paul’s Catholic Church of Athens. A funeral service will be Saturday, July 16th, at 2:00pm at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home, with visitation from 2:00-3:00pm. Pallbearers will be Carlos Samayoa, Dan Arriaga, Erik Jiménez, Gerardo Jiménez, Daniel Jiménez, and Enrique E. Ramirez. Burial will be at a later date at Tepelmeme Villa de Morelos Oax.
