Geneva German passed away at the age of 88 on July 10, 2022 at her home in Lynn, AL. She was born on January 17, 1934 in Walker County.
She loved spending time with her family and cooking big meals for them. She also loved the Lord with all her heart and was a wonderful example for others. In her younger years, she enjoyed teaching children about Jesus at Carbon Hill Church of God. She also enjoyed singing in the choir. She was currently a member of Highway 5 Church of God.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 2:30 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Carbon Hill Memorial Cemetery. Richard Harbin will officiate.
She is survived by her Children-Kenneth German and Joyce (Rockey) Hulsey; Grandchildren-Jessica Hulsey and Devan Hulsey.
She was preceded in death by her Husband-William Cecil German; Parents-Sherman and Luella Roberts; Sister-Sarah Bertharine Leach.
