Hollis Michael Cox, 58, of Florence, AL, passed away February 20, 2013 after brief illness. Mr. Cox was a native of Lauderdale County and a member of Woodlawn Church of Christ. Mr. and Mrs. Cox took care of several foster children.

Wife: Rebecca Diane Richardson Cox
Foster Daughter: Trish Mullins
Brothers: Terry English and Trenton English
Sisters: Levetia Johnston and Norma Belcher
Mr. Cox was preceded in death by his mother Dorothy English and his daddy Martin English.

Visitation will be Friday, February 22, 2013 from 12-1:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 P.M. with Miles Stutts and Ron Lumpkins officiating. Burial will be in North Carolina Church of Christ Cemetery. Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
