Ray Morgan, 67, retired musician, passed away on July 4, 2022 at Oxford Baptist Memorial in Oxford, MS. He was born December 12, 1954 to the late Hulon Morgan and Lottie Mae Montgomery Morgan.
He is survived by his loving family, daughter, Marlayna Morgan; son, Alex Morgan, both of Kansas City, MO; sister, Lynda Payne of Maben, MS; and brother, Donnie Morgan of Louisville, MS; and three grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, July 7, 2022 from 2:00-3:00 p.m. at Welch Funeral Home in Starkville, MS, with the service immediately following in the funeral home chapel. Rev. Donnie Morgan will conduct the service.
