Jackie Ray Rogers, 74, of Iuka, Mississippi, died in his home on Thursday, June 30, 2022. He served in the United States Army in Vietnam and was a very patriotic man. He loved spending time with his family, especially his great-niece, great-nephews, his grandchildren, and his great-grandchildren. Mr. Rogers was a member of New Prospect Baptist Church and loved the Lord. In his free time, he enjoyed watching a good movie and going to flea markets to collect antique treasures. He was also a big fan of trains. Mr. Rogers is survived by loving wife, Pam Rogers; his son Jr Rogers; his grandchildren, Cody and Colton Rogers; his great-nieces and nephews, Courtney, Caleb, and Curtis VanBibber; his brother, Dean Rogers; and a host of other family and friends. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS, is entrusted with the arrangements. Visitation is scheduled from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. for Sunday, July 10, 2022, at New Prospect Baptist Church. Funeral services are scheduled for immediately after at 1:00 p.m. , officiated by Bro. Sean Glidewell. Pallbearers include Caleb VanBibber, Benny Murrah, Donovan Murrah, Alex Whitfield, Andrew Whitfield, Todd Davis, David Whitfield, and John Pruitt. Interment will be at Valhalla Gardens in Belleville, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honor of Mr. Rogers to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
