James “Jim” Salters passed away June 7th, 2022 at his home in Pulaski, TN. He was born in Huntsville, AL on June 22nd, 1949 and was 72 years old.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother. Jim was a great joke teller and prankster. He loved farming. He lived by the motto, “measure twice, cut once.” He was a member of New Zion Baptist Church.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 9th, 2022 from 12:00 to 2:00PM in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory
A Memorial Service will follow at 2:00PM in the chapel.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Giles County Animal Shelter, 380 Bennett Dr, Pulaski, TN 38478
He is preceded in death by, his parents, Archie Henry and Annie Salters, Brother, Billy Joe Salters, Sisters, Opal Webb, Doris Jones, and Carlene Holt.
