On Tuesday, May 24, 2022, Shirleen Kay Mangrum took God’s hand and went to Heaven. In Ms. Shirleen, our Creator did some of His very finest work.
Waiting there for her was her father, Larry Brown, who taught life lessons; father, Norman Schubert; and her brother, Jim Schubert.
Shirleen is smiling down and waiting on her Mother- Shirley Brown; Sister- Shelley (Tim) Horrigan; Daughters- Lisa Fisher, Amy (Chris) Pettit, Lauren (Jason) Wallace, Meagan (Andy) Bishop; Grandsons- Brady & Blake Fisher, Lane Pettit, Jaxon Wallace, Jake and Boone Bishop; and Granddaughters- Alyson Pettit, Shelbi Wallace, Clara and Sara Beth Bishop. Shirleen is also awaiting Parents-In-Love, Ray & Alice Mangrum; Sister-In-Love, Marie Francis; and Brandon Fisher. When life on this earth is over, Shirleen will again see her adoring husband, Willie Mangrum- what a glorious day that will be.
Ms. Shirleen was an insurance professional for over forty years and was blessed to work for Travelers Insurance for last 14 years. She loved her dogs, birds on the back deck, and the Beach. She loved her friends, her Church Family, her God-given family, and her husband. She loved life. Most, she loved God- they had a relationship for the ages.
Shirleen had the gentlest and kindest of spirits. Her friends and family miss her dearly, and are oh so grateful that the Lord shared her with us. It is not good-bye, but only until I see you again.
