Melvin Willis “Papa” Enyart –  July 29, 1916  –  February 15, 2013

Mel was a longtime resident of Huntsville, moving here in 1965 from California to work for Wyle Laboratories. He worked for Alabama Farm Bureau as an insurance agent before his wife, Betty and he formed their own insurance brokerage firm MBI Services. He retired when the business was sold.
Mel “Papa” Enyart was preceded in death by his loving wife of 46 years Betty “Bebe” Enyart; and granddaughter, Keara Ann Kroelinger Dolan. Mel “Papa” Enyart is survived by his daughters, Linda (Jim) Watts, Jan (Tom) Stanners, and Lu (Charles) Kroelinger; seven grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Private graveside service will be held at Maple Hill Cemetery, Inc. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donation be made to Southern Care Hospice.
