Infant Hadley Marie Cook of Empire went to be with Jesus on May 18, 2022.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, J.M. Cook and great grandparents, Darrell Woods, JoAnn and Sonny Parkin and Idas and Theo Davis.
Survivors include her parents, Blake and Marie Cook; brother, Brennen Cook; grandparents, Jessie Cook and Ronnie and Ann Parkin; great grandmother, Virginia Woods; several aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.
Private graveside services will be held. Rev. Gene Cook will officiate. Interment will be in New Horizon Memorial Gardens.
