Mrs. Lorene Burton, age 88, passed away on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 in Jackson. She was born March 22, 1934 in Lake County, TN to the late Rufus and Lizzie Moon Lovell. She was retired from Johnson Controls in Lexington. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Mr. Alton Gourley and Allen Burton and numerous brothers and sisters. Survivors include her daughter, Lizzie Russell; her son, Tommy Blackwell; two grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. Pafford Funeral Home of Lexington is in charge of arrangements.
