Visitation will be Thursday May 19, 2022 from 12:00NOON – 2:00Pm at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville, AL. Funeral service at 2:00PM in the chapel, with Bro. Thomas Borie and Bro. Benny Knight officiating. Burial to follow in Union Grove Cemetery (Co. Rd. 20 Haleyville, AL.)
He is survived by his wife, Wanda Hood Salter; children, Melissa Harris, (Greg), Chris Salter (Kathy) and Leah Hood Godsey (Daniel); sister, Betty Wells (Glen); grandchildren, Alisha Comeens (Jesse), Shaun Harris (Katie Armstrong), Amanda Salter and Brittney Salter; Sage, Jase, Austyn, Ayrianna and Anastazya.
