Willodean Wilson Staggs, 90, died Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013. Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. today at Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel, Collinwood. Services will be 1 p.m. today at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Railroad Cemetery, Iron City. She was the wife of the late Curtis M. Staggs.
