Joan Brown Martin passed away on April 15, 2022. She was born December 21, 1946 in Marshall County, Alabama to the late Roy C. Brown and Rilla Cook Brown. Joan worked as a machine operator at Atrion until her retirement. Mrs. Martin was a member of the Hebron Church of Christ.
Joan is survived by her daughter, Twyla (Jeff) Foust. She is also survived by her brothers, Cecil (Sue) Brown and C. L (Becky) Brown and her sisters, Shirley (Gary) Absher and Christine Reese and her grandchildren, Kati Beth Bryant, Hunter Neal Bryant and Alexa Foust.
Preceding Mrs. Martin in death in addition to her loving parents are her husband, Russell Edward Martin (DOD 2016) her sisters, Gloria Sue Leeth and Maxine Cprek and her brother, Alton Brown.
A visitation will be held at the Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel Tuesday, April 19 beginning at 12:00 pm until service begins at 2:00 p.m. Officiating will be Bro. Brock Johnson.
