Grady Tremane “Gerry” Roberson was born March 7, 1956, to the late Grady Tommy Roberson and Bettie Mae Gibson. The Lord called Gerry hometo rest on April 13, 2022.
Gerry was deeply loved by his family. Always calling to see how everyone was doing, morning, noon, and night.
Gerry had a gift of working with his hands as a carpenter, painter, and a natural fixer-upper.
He loved the church and his church family, and he had a giving spirit.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Tony Roberson, Willie Pride, and James Pride; and special cousins, Chasie Thompson, Jr., and MichaelRoberson.
He leaves to cherish his memories: a daughter, Marietta Jeannette Roberson of Huntsville, Alabama; sisters, Martha Magee of Cherokee, Alabama, Allean Thompson (Chasie) of Huntsville, Alabama, and Marilyn Malone (Royce) of Sheffield, Alabama; six grandchildren,
Keaires Roberson, Marcos Jones, Joscelyn Carroll, LaDarren Underwood, Ardeysia Shaw, and Malachi Mason; six great-grandchildren; special aunt and uncle, Robert Lee and Margaret Roberson of Tuscumbia, Alabama; uncles, Wray Roberson and David Roberson, both of Flagstaff, Arizona; aunts, Beverly Eichelberger of Grandview, Missouri, and Mildred Williams of Las Vegas, Nevada; special friends, Ken Nalls and the late Brother Marvin Turnley; and a host of other loving
relatives and friends.
