Curtis Bonee
was born in Michigan City, Indiana on April 28, 1959 the son of the late Bob Curtis Bonee, Sr. and Judith Kay Hicks Bonee.
Curtis was a self employed carpenter. He was a resident of Iuka, Mississippi since 2011 and had earlier lived in Savannah, Tennessee. In his spare time he enjoyed hunting, fishing, drag racing and spending time with his family.
Curtis departed this life on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 in Iuka, Mississippi at the age of 62 years, 11 months and 1 day.
In addition to his wife of 17 years, Mary Bonee of Iuka, Mississippi he is survived by his children, Justin Bonee and Jeremy Bonee, both of Savannah, Tennessee; bonus children, Mary Beth McCarthy and Billy Joe Haddox, both of Texas; grandchildren, Derrick Bonee, Layla Bonee, Lawna Bonee, Dawson Cole Bonee, Jimmy McCarthy, Kaylyn Wright, and Karlee Wolford; great grandchildren, Malachi Linburgh and Mason Linburgh; and sister, Shirley Lovelace of Iuka, Mississippi.
Curtis was preceded in death by his parents; son, Curtis Allen Bonee; bonus daughter, Tracie Wolford; and sisters, Sandra Bonee and Sharon Bonee.
