Bertha Lee Alewine Dodson, age 87 of Wedowee, passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2022. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Alewine and Beatrice Smith Alewine; siblings, Wallace, Louise, Loraine and Janice; and a granddaughter. Bertha is survived by her daughters, Denisa, Dean, Ann and Tyran; 9 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and siblings, Gerylen, Patsy, Peggy, Carol and Michael.
She was an amazing, Godly woman and a great, faithful mother and grandmother. She was a seamstress at BBI for 27 years. She loved watching game shows, doing word puzzles and living life to the fullest. She loved church services and more importantly, her family.
