David Horne
FLORENCE-The Florence Police Department issued a statement concerning a shooting incident that took place on Friday, March 11:
On March 11, 2022, Officers responded to a shots fired call at 3610 Huntsville Road Apartment E4.
Upon arrival officers made contact with a female and a male, David Horne, who stated that
Tavio Ruffin
Tavio Ruffin had fired shots at Mr. Horne. After further investigation it was determined that Mr. Horne had entered the house without permission and got into an argument with his wife, then a fight with Ruffin. Ruffin pulled out a handgun and fired several rounds at Horne. Horne was not stuck by any rounds. Mr. Horne was arrested for several Domestic Violence crimes.
Tavio Ruffin, a short time later, turned himself into officers and he was charged with several counts of Reckless Endangerment and Attempted Assault 1st Degree.
Both Ruffin and Horne have been released on bond.
