Monica Ortiz, age 46, passed away on Wednesday, March 2, 2022, at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, Tennessee.
Monica was born on March 18, 1975, in Artesia, California to Armando Pacheco and Evelyn Nielsen.
Monica was very honest woman. She would call it like she saw it. She was also the life of the party. Monica would go out and have fun with her husband and family. She could make anyone laugh and enjoy the time they all spent together.
Monica loved her family. She would do anything for any one of her kids and grandkids. Most of all she loved her husband of 14 years and best friend for over 25 years, Ramon.
Monica will be deeply missed by her family.
Monica is survived by her husband: Ramon Ortiz; 5 children; and 4 grandchildren.
