Orlanda Lee Davis, 77 of Elkmont, Alabama, died Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at Athens-Limestone Hospital.
Mr. Davis was born in Elkmont, Alabama, he had attended the Church of Christ. Mr. Davis was a lifelong farmer. He was an example of what it was to be a loving husband, father and grandfather. Mr. Davis and his wife, Jane, were married for 58 years.
There will be 2 p.m. Graveside Service Sunday at Hodges Cemetery with Erick Chaney and Marcus Hobbs officiating.
No visitation is planned. Spry Funeral Home in Athens is directing.
Mr. Davis was preceded in death by his parents, W.T. (Jack) and Mildred Davis and daughter, Jolanda Chaney Thornton.
Survivors include his Wife: Jane Davis of Elkmont; Sons: Chad Davis and Lance Davis (Pennie) both of Elkmont; Daughter: Tammye Haney of Elkmont; Sisters: Murl Jones of La Fayette, AL, Robbie Tucker of Athens and Lilly Keene of Athens; Nine Grandchildren; Five Great Grandchildren.
