James Wilson Scott, 89, of New Market, passed away Friday, February 18, 2022.
Mr. Scott was owner and operator of Scott Fiberglass Co.
Survivors include his children: Jerry Scott (Karen), Gerald Scott (Wanda), Charlene Prater (David), Timothy Scott (Pam) and Heath Scott; faithful companion, Kathy Savoie; six granddaughters; four grandsons; 14 great-grandchildren; and siblings: Brian Scott, Betty Ann Wiekert, Robert Scott, Randolph Scott and Phillip Scott.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Ann Scott; son, Gene Scott; siblings: Ruth Lackey, Kenneth Scott, Arnold Scott, Don Scott and Brent Scott.
Visitation will be Monday, February 21st from 12:00 – 2:00 PM at Berryhill Funeral Home. Chapel service will follow at 2:00 with Rev. Billy Langford officiating. Burial will be at Taylor Cemetery.
