Visitation will be Thursday February 17, 2022 from 6:00PM – 8:00PM at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville, AL. Funeral service on Friday February 18, 2022 at 2:00PM in the chapel, with Ricky Mann officiating. Burial to follow in Bethel Cemetery .
He is survived by his wife, Betty Jo Cook; daughters, Sylvia (Andrew) McCullar and Elizabeth Cook; son, Josh Holbrook; grandkids, Mason Holbrook, Zoey McCullar and Easton McCullar; brothers, Danny (Stella) Cook and Edwin Cook; sister, Celena Watson; brother in law, O’Neal Adair; a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Rufus and Henrietta Cook; maternal grandparents, Olen and Frolee Walker; father, Lawson Cook; mother, Kathleen Walker Cook; sister, Melody Cook Adair; brother in law, Neal “Gippy” Watson; niece, Christi Cook; nephew, Timothy Cook.
