Sherry Kay Smith, age 58, of Hackleburg, passed away on Sunday, February 13, 2022 at Russellville Health Care Center.
She attended Adams Missionary Baptist Church with her parents. She lived for Sundays because she loved going to church, and especially singing “Jesus Loves Me”. Coloring was one of her favorite past times.
The visitation will be 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon, Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will follow at 12:00 noon in the chapel with Bro. Sherman Kimbrough. Burial will be at Liberty Hill Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John L. & Glinda (Williams) Smith; and all of her grandparents.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her sisters, Kimberly Smith Jones (Barry), Deirdre Dawn Quillen (Mickey); nieces & nephews, Andy Jones, Austin Jones (Ashton), Alaina Jones James (Hunter), John James “J.J.” Quillen, River Quillen, Ainsley Quillen, and Logan Johnson; great-nephews, Liam Jones, Cameron Jones, and Wesley Jones.
The pallbearers will be Hunter James, J.J. Quillen, River Quillen, Jack Quillen, and Ronnie Quillen.
