Arlie C. Belcher, 87, died Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at the Red Bay Hospital. He was born in Marion County, Alabama to William Monroe and Luvina McKinney Belcher. He was a farmer and a member of Pearly Gates Church of God.

Services will be Thursday, January 27, 12 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, AL with Pastor Edwin Pharr officiating. Burial will be in Shottsville Cemetery, Vina, AL. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.

He is survived by one sister – Christean Shotts; a sister-in-law – Donna Collins and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Gwendolyn Belcher, his parents and eight brothers and sisters.

Pallbearers will be James Shotts, David Shotts, Larry Thomas and Royce Miller.

Visitation will be Thursday, January 27, 11-12 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL.
