Alice Marie Franklin Cater, of Hazel Green, passed away at her home on January 24, 2022 surrounded by her family.
Mrs. Cater was preceded in death by her mother, Dollie Franklin; father, Ollie Franklin; daughter, Shela Cater Lynch; brother, James Franklin and sister, Curley Phillips.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Cater; daughters; Penny Kennedy, Ellen (Ronnie) King; son Charles Edward Cater; grandchildren; Jason Lynch, Jeremy (Kim) Lynch, Chuck (Kelsey) King, Emily (Matt) Cope, Matt Kennedy and Sarah (Ricky) Cox Jr; great grandchildren; Kylie & Jaxson Lynch, Matt and Ronnie Cope, Khol & Hinata King, and Westin & Austin Cox; Sister Ruth Sanders and lots of nieces and nephews; cousins and friends.
A memorial Service will be held Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at Heavens Way Baptist Church, 2:00 PM. Visitation at the family home prior to service or from 12:00 – 2:00 PM at the church.
