Barbara Ann Hale Crow, 79 of Arab passed away Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at Diversicare of Arab. Barbara was born April 19, 1942, the daughter of John Hale and Rebbie Woods Hale. She was a stay-at-home mom until her children were grown. Then she went to work at Blue Bell and then worked many years at Eaton Corporation where she retired upon the plant closure. She loved gardening, flowers, going to yard sales, thrift store shopping and collecting costume jewelry. Most of all she loved her family and friends. She was Granny to everyone’s kids, spoiling them all, especially her grandbabies.
She is survived by her Children: Mary Ann (Tony) Cooley, Robin Lynn Brown, Rodney Edward (Diane) Crow, Michael Elton (Scarlett) Crow and John Brian Crow; Grandchildren: Phillip (P.J.) Crow, Scott (Megan) Cooley, Jacob (Lauren) Crow, Brian Cooley (Ayesha), Kevin Brown and Cecily Brown; Great Grandchildren: Tessa Kate Cooley, Angel Fountain and Graham Scott Cooley; Sisters: Sue Barnett and Sandra (Kevin) Manion; Brothers: Todd (Virginia) Hale, Bud Hale and Randy (Lori) Hale. She was preceded by her loving Husband: Elton Edward Crow, Son: William O’Brian Crow, Son-in-law: Kendall Brown, Parents: John and Rebbie Hale, Sisters: Doris Hale, Linda Cason, Virginia Chafin and Brenda Crow, Brothers: Wendall Hale and Tommy Hale.
Funeral Service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 24, 2022, at Gober Funeral Chapel with her grandson Scott Cooley officiating, Eulogy will be her daughters: Mary Cooley, Robin Brown and Scarlett Crow. Burial will be in Rock Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be 12:00 noon until service time at 2:00 p.m. Monday at Gober Funeral Chapel.
