In loving memory of Margaret Faye (Bourque) Abernathy, age 75, who died May 12th, 2016 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. A Memorial service will be held Saturday, May 14, 2016, at 6:00 p.m., at Shelton Funeral Home. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Margaret was born May 13, 1940, in Bell City, LA, to Lloyd Bourque and Edith Bourque. She was preceded in death by Robert L Duncan, first husband.
She is survived by her loving husband, Jan L. Abernathy of Decatur; two sons, Michael Duncan (Angie) of Marysville, CA, and Steven Duncan of Eugene, OR; two daughters, Michelle (Kerry) Clark, of Eugene, OR; Rhonda (Kurt) Dunaway of St. Helens, OR; one stepson, Michael Abernathy (Kathy), of Duncan, NE; thirteen grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
