Joey Lynn Murphy, age 59, of Hamilton, AL passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at his residence. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at 11:00am from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Wesley Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the funeral service from 10:00am-11:00am.

Joey was born on April 13, 1962 in Amory, MS to the late J.L. Murphy and the late Sarah Thomas. He attended Detroit and Sulligent schools. Joey was a truck driver and enjoyed working on vehicles.
