Leslie W.  Meeler, 77, of Huntsville, Alabama went to his heavenly home to reunite with his wife on January 1, 2022.

He served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and was the recipient of two purple hearts and a bronze star. When he returned home, he worked for over 40 years and retired from Redstone Arsenal as an Equipment Specialist.

Les loved spending time with family and friends on the boat at his lake house in Scottsboro.

He is survived by his daughter, Leska Meeler Roberson (Troy);  Max, his best dog buddy; grandchildren, Natasha Meeler Rowland, Chad Meeler; sisters, Mary Rodgers, Annette Smith.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Harbin Meeler; son Charles Leslie Meeler; sister, Linda Dennis.

Visitation will be held on Saturday January 8th from 3:00 – 4:00 P.M. at Berryhill Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 P.M. in the chapel.
