ROGERSVILLE-Are you interested in starting your day in a positive way? Experience a nature hike while enjoying the beauty that is Joe Wheeler State Park.

Join Park Naturalist Sam Woodroof and yoga instructor Allison Ruff for a morning hike through our Champion Trail (1 mile) with a relaxing yoga cool down that follows at the Marina (if it is too cold, yoga will be done indoors) on January 15 at 9:00Am. You get the light cardio and strength-building that hiking offers, the toning, flexibility, and relaxation that yoga offers, and the powerful connection to Mother Nature that being outdoors offers. To start the hike meet near the Champion Trail head; West end of the Lodge. Bring proper shoes and clothing a yoga mat and towel and water if needed.
