Floyd Wayne Balentine, 75, of Russellville, AL, passed away on Tuesday, December 21, 2021.
Wayne enjoyed spending time with his friends watching Alabama football during the football season. The University of Alabama football team was his life! He did not wear anything but Alabama t-shirts. He was a great friend to all that knew him and loved him.
Wayne is survived by his stepfather, John A. Clark; son, Bo Brett Balentine; sister, Shelia Yearick; sister, Brenda Bagwell; brother-in-law, Bill Bagwell; several grandchildren, one great-grandson, and several nieces and nephews that dearly loved him.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Agnes O. Clark and brother-in-law, Richard A. Yearick.
Visitation will be at Berryhill Funeral Home on Sunday, January 2, 2022 from 3:00 – 4:00 PM. Chapel service will follow at 4:00 with Reverend Rick Cantrell officiating.
