Mrs. Wanda Griffin, 77, of Scottsboro, passed away on Wednesday, December 29, 2021.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 1, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home with her Bro. Scotty Guerin and Bro. Mike Guerin officiating. The family will receive family and friends on Friday, December 31, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home.
Mrs. Griffin was preceded in death by her parents, Troy and Francis Bellomy; sister, Debbie Holt; infant daughter, Lora Guerin.
Mrs. Griffin is survived by her devoted husband of 34 years, Charles Derald Griffin; daughters, Pam (Bobby) Atchley, LaWanda (Joey) West; sons, Michael (Donna) Guerin, David Guerin, Scotty (Sherry) Guerin; step daughter, Donna (Scott) Rooks; brother, Danny (Brindle) Bellomy; sister, LaRue (Sam) Lands; fourteen grandchildren; twenty three great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Mrs. Griffin’s hospice care nurses and care team, as well as a special thank you to her dear friend Ellie Stafford.
