Brian Lee Sides, 46, entered his heavenly home on Sunday, December 12, 2021, as the result of a house fire. He was born July 20, 1975, in Red Bay, AL, to Roy Lee and Brenda Gail Letson Sides. He was a logger most all his life. He enjoyed deer hunting, working in the garden, and especially loved his children.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, December 18, at the Walker Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. David Holcomb and Bro. Andy Barnett officiating. McNeece-Morris Funeral Home of Fulton is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include one son, Austin Lee Sides of Golden; one daughter, Breana Paige Sides Dobbs (Austin) of Hamilton, AL; his mother, Brenda Sides of Golden; his sister, Sandy Sides Rogers (Jesse) of Iuka; two grandchildren, Austin Dakota Dobbs and Arianna Hope Dobbs; nieces and nephews, Abby Husband (Leland), Brody Clayton, Chloe Clayton, Michelle Peoples (B.J. Tutor), and Beth Traylor (Keyion); and a host of extended family members.
He was joined in death with his wife, Dwana Sue Williams Sides, and son, Braylon Lee Sides; and was preceded in death by his father, Roy Lee Sides.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time Saturday at Walker Missionary Baptist Church.
