Mr. Phillip Edward Simmons, age 47, formerly of Columbia, passed away suddenly from this world to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, at 3:17 PM at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 4, 2021, at 6:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home. A visitation will also be held on Saturday from 4:00 – 6:00 PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy Simmons, three beloved children, Baylee Katherine Simmons, Bethany Grace Simmons, Brayden Edward Simmons, the mother of his children, Misty Wilkinson, parents, Tony and Anita Simmons, brother, Weston (Ashley) Simmons, and nephews, Warren, Wade, and Wyatt.
