Bobbie Lee Hines, 78 of Decatur, passed away on Monday, November 29th, 2021, at River City Center. Mrs. Hines was born on March 27th, 1943, to Leroy and Estella Bass Hardy.
Mrs. Hines is survived by her son Johnathan Hines; granddaughters Phoenicia Williams, Sierra Miller, Destini Miller, and Lycia Hines; great-grandchildren Trinity Williams and Daelynn Williams.
Preceded in death by her parents; and brothers Charles and Billy Hardy.
A memorial service will be planned for a later date.
